Rev. Dr. Tami Coyne

"Tami is uniquely qualified to pursue her calling, both as a spiritual teacher, creativity coach, counseling partner, and magician. She embodies three (to name only a few) qualities that set her apart from the many who claim to specialize in this field:

Tami has incredible skills in practical techniques, editing, and logistics. She is able to stay grounded (and help you to be), whatever is your goal. Whether you are in the midst of a creative endeavor, or emotional crisis, Tami is right there, with solid suggestions and practical possibilities.

Further, and to me most importantly, Tami is always the space of unconditional support, vision, and nonjudgmental witnessing. She really listens--and hears. No matter what is going on with you, in the moment, as you are wending toward your goals, your quest, Tami remains the stable presence of encouragement and positivity. In this aura, you cannot continue to judge or question or doubt yourself. This is a treasured quality beyond compare. It is also rare. Tami possesses it. Or it possesses her. You become the grateful beneficiary of this. Hallelujah!

The third quality of Reverend Tami is that of steadfastness. She is always there, no matter what you are going through or what is going on. You can count on this--and her. Once Tami has taken you on, she is in your corner for keeps. She will not give up on you, and she will see you through until the end. This matters much when things get tough, but it matters as well when things are going smoothly.

All of these qualities, all of Tami herself, allow one to feel supported, encouraged, buoyed, and free. You can focus on your priorities when you are lightened of your burdens, inner or outer, in this way. Reverend Tami always helps you to return to Source."

--Rev. Sheila Gay Gross,
Psychotherapist, Business Owner, Minister, Writer

"Reverend Tami Coyne shows us how to bring soul and spirit to the forefront in every area of our lives. She demonstrates in her writing and her work as a life-coach that all we do is infused with spirituality if we only open our eyes/minds/hearts to perceive it. The shocking truth that 'real change comes through love and faith' is central to her teaching and is, surprisingly the hardest yet simplest path to follow.

I have worked with Reverend Coyne for 4 years and read YOUR LIFE'S WORK at the beginning of that journey. With her guidance I have found deeper satisfaction in my personal relationships, and the courage to explore new endeavors in my work as a doctor. I would not be where I am today without her guidance and insight."

Spiritual Counseling
and
Life Coaching

The goal of spiritual counseling is to unite the seeker with his or her own Soul.

Many of us sense the existence of the sacred dimension but have difficulty connecting to it. Spiritual counseling helps us open up a channel to our highest selves so that we can access deeper wisdom both during times of crisis and on a daily basis.

Spiritual counseling is my passion. A born empath, I find it very easy to relate to the problems and concerns of others. As an interfaith minister with 20 years of spiritual exploration under my belt, I know how to navigate the sometimes rocky road of life from a positive, hopeful perspective. And, I don't judge.

Here are some issues for which spiritual counseling can be very beneficial:

Career and Work-Related Issues

For many of us, work is a painful necessity rather than a way to express our authentic selves in the world. After working in marketing, management, and executive recruiting, and struggling with my own career issues, I wrote Your Life’s Work: A Guide to Creating a Spiritual and Successful Work Life, which outlines my method for applying spiritual principles to career and work place issues.

Since 1998, I have been working with clients to help them use these principles to achieve their dreams and attain spiritual insight at the same time. I would love to help you create a more fulfilling work life.

Illness, Death and Grieving Issues

From a spiritual perspective, Life is eternal and death does not really exist. But that doesn't make it any easier to deal with on a human level. When my aunt, my father, and a very dear friend died within a few years of each other, my world was turned upside down. I turned to a spiritual counselor to assist me in processing all my feelings and emotions and gained deep healing as a result.

I would consider it an honor to offer you the support you need as you cope with any issues that come up as a result of illness or death.

Relationship Issues

As a wife, sister, daughter, mother, and friend, I know that relationships can be challenging even for the most spiritual people.

My approach to resolving conflicts is simple. Our relationship issues mirror of our deepest fears, needs and desires and are blessings in disguise. A spiritual approach uncovers these hidden blessings and helps individuals and/or couples to deepen commitment and regain trust and faith in themselves and in each other.

It would be my pleasure to help you reconnect with the ones you love.

Parenting Issues

The bond between a parent and a child is sacred. But, as a mother I know that children can drive you crazy!

In our modern society, we often don't get or can't afford the childcare help we need which leads to stress and burn out. And our materialistic society doesn't nurture the spiritual values that many of us find so important.

Spiritual counseling can get parents back on track so that they can focus on what's really important and forget about the rest. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you need support — parent-to-parent.

Women's Spiritual Issues

In 1997, at a spiritual retreat on how to apply "wisdom" in everyday life, I heard the voice of the Divine Mother and felt her love. Since that time, my life has changed dramatically. I published two books, became a mother, and was ordained as an interfaith minister. Most importantly, I've lightened up and have learned to love myself unconditionally.

Becoming a wise woman is a beautiful journey. And it's a lot easier when you have a guide. If you are a woman struggling with self-acceptance issues, a spiritual counseling approach that focuses on opening up to the divine feminine can be very helpful.

Allow me to introduce you to the feminine face of Divinity, your life will never be the same.

Creativity Issues

Our lives are our masterpieces. And each of us is an artist.

When we feel blocked creatively, unhappiness and depression can result. As a writer and a singer, I know how it feels to feel cut off from the creative flow. But, spiritual techniques consistently enable me to transcend my perceived limitations.

Let me help you jumpstart a new creative project, support you in moving forward with ongoing work, or assist you in completing any unfinished labor of love.

Spiritual Counseling is NOT psychotherapy and I am not a psychotherapist. Please contact a licensed mental health professional if you suffer from deep-seated psychological issues or problems.
